I am a dedicated leader in Community Violence Intervention (CVI) with expertise in violence prevention, trauma-informed strategies, and workforce development. With experience in nonprofit leadership, policy advocacy, and community engagement, I specialize in designing and implementing data-driven interventions to reduce violence and promote public safety. I am seeking a leadership role to advance citywide violence prevention strategies and drive lasting community impact.
I am an experienced Community Violence Intervention (CVI) leader with a strong background in violence prevention, public safety, and trauma-informed strategies. My work spans nonprofit leadership, policy advocacy, workforce development, and community engagement. I have successfully designed and implemented data-driven interventions to reduce violence, collaborated with stakeholders to shape citywide safety strategies, and led initiatives focused on youth empowerment, reentry services, and social justice.
Currently pursuing a B.A. in Urban Community Studies (expected 2026), I am a graduate of the University of Chicago’s Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy. I also hold certifications in violence prevention, workforce development, and related trainings, equipping me with expertise in public safety, intervention strategies, and community-based solutions.
