Raquel Marques

I am a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a deep passion for helping students succeed both personally and academically. With a degree in Elementary Education from Montclair State University, I have developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. I am committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for students, assisting them in overcoming obstacles, setting meaningful goals, and maximizing their potential.

I am a compassionate, skilled paraprofessional / teaching assistant with 3 years of experience supporting students in diverse educational settings. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside teachers and staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds, including those with special needs and learning challenges.

While my training focused on elementary education, I am excited to expand my expertise and help students in their critical developmental years. I believe that with the right guidance, encouragement, and support, students in middle, high school and college level can overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve academic success.
