• Reduced wait times from 4 hours to 90 minutes.

Enhanced Quality of Life for Heart Failure patients:

• Through cardiac rehab programs an improvement in the functional capacity and improvement in the EF of heart failure patients with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or MIIT (Medium Intensity Interval Training) was achieved.
• All the studies were carried out by the experts in their field and used different methods for the validation of the study. 
• Nutritional classes for a heart-healthy diet, cholesterol-lowering classes for the reduction of cholesterol, use of psychologist to improve the confidence in rehabilitation, were started. 
• Smoking cessation classes with the multidisciplinary team approach as per the ESC guidelines to best care to HF patients with caring science was the core value was included.

Centralized Echocardiogram Monitoring Tracker: For Valvular disease patients, improving care continuity using Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic Application (VBA).

• Continuity of care will be measured by adherence to timely ECHO and visualization of data to observe the progression of the disease for further intervention. 
• The tracker will enable ongoing monitoring so that it is possible to evaluate the overall effect of implemented interferences on the system of measurement they are intended to increase. 
• Goal is to achieve at least 80 per cent of population back to our organization in six months to one year post implementation.
• The centralized monitoring tracker focuses on all patients with heart structural and valvular disease who require repeated ECHO procedures to assess compliance and the progression of the illness. 
• I believe maintaining a central monitoring tracker for the continuity of treatment and adherence to the ECHO protocol shows how far technology has come. 
• Microsoft Excel applications can store many data, run complex queries, use extra analytical tools to break down the data, and perform complicated computations to provide the needed data.
• I trained all personnel in Cardiology and were educated to use the technology to keep track of all the valvular heart disease patients.
