Pursuing an medical entry level position in the healthcare field as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Sitter or EKG Technician. Looking for an opportunity for advancement into a higher position in the medical field. Have experience in working on different floors and working in the field as an assistant.

I worked with several different patients in nursing facilities. Great attitude with great work ethics. Work well with bedridden and physically challenged patients. Communicate well with others and can work as a team.

Central Staffing Patient Sitter at MEMORIAL HERMANN (2025-09 – Present)

• Float to different Hermann's and give Patient Observation to each patient, I sit 1:1 with as a patient sitter. Also keep the board updated with name and date and important notes. Chart the patient activities through out the shift on each patient on the Work Log or Epic System.
• Assist the PCT or Nurses with the patient, with bed baths, feeding, showers, and ambulating. Also sit one on one, with patients that needed a sitter, do to behavioral concerns when needed. Ask the nurses or patient care techs for anything that the patient may need, and assist them with it.
• Assist patients to bathroom and assist with ambulatory at times. Assist with food tray. Also assist with transferring from one room to another room or different floor.

Certified Nursing Assistant at SHIFTKEY AGENCY (2022-07)

• Book shifts at different facilities. In nursing facilities, rehabs, hospitals, and assisted living. Provide ADL care and assistance to residents and patients. Give essential care with daily needs.
• Round on each patient and give assistance with toileting and transferring from wheelchair Also Sit one on one with patients that may have behavioral problems that need to be watched the whole shift and I chart everything that the patient do on a observation sheet.
• Chart ADL'S on each patient intake and output, and transfer residents from bed to wheelchair.
• Give essential care to patients. Assist with showering, toileting, feeding, grooming etc.

• Give essential care to patients in a hospital setting on MED – SURG Telemetry floor. with their daily personal care. Take patient's Vital Signs and answer call lights.
• Provide assistance to residents, with feeding, grooming, showering, toileting, and transferring. Also chart ADL'S on each resident. Also worked on other floors when needed.
• Sit one on one with patients that needed to be watched for different behavior they may have.

Assist patients with essential daily personal care on MED - SURG floor. Take Vital Signs and Blood Glucose. Provide assistance with transferring and repositioning. Answer patients Call Lights. Chart ADL' S on each patient intake and output. Give care and assistance with getting to their destinations in the hospital.
