Manager has direct responsibility for administration and performance of all aspects of property management, including but not limited to occupancy; collections; maintenance, including routine, preventive and emergency; resident relations; and general administration. The property manager directs and supervises staff assigned to the property and assure goals are clearly established, conveyed and met.

The Development Director's job is to develop and implement a strategic plan to raise vital funds for El Paso Bridges Academy by overseeing and developing an effective structure for raising funds and in the development of present and future plans of the school.
Director also acts as the liaison of the Academy through public relations, by networking in collaboration with businesses and organizations within and outside the community. The development director is concerned with the growth of Bridges Academy, including staff, enrollment, budget, events, marketing and resources.

We have done extensive fundraising throughout El Paso and Las Cruces for this young girls dance group. The girls have performed at hospitals, retirement homes, The El Paso County Coliseum, The Sun Bowl Parades, The Civic Center and other local functions. Our fundraising is primarily done by building parade floats for the Sun Bowl Association.
