Rebecca Fitzgerald

Hello there! My name is Rebecca Fitzgerald although I prefer to be addressed as Becca! I am an outgoing, diligent, upbeat, and thorough person. My strong passion is to be a clinical psychologist one day, which I am currently in school for.

I love helping people and being a comfort to those I am around. I love to keep work environments fresh and upbeat but remain professional. I have many years of work experience in different fields specifically retail, food service, and warehousing and I have several years of experience in each field.

I am looking for a friendly, professional setting.

Skills I have mastered are maintained composition under fast-paced demands, displaying excellent customer service, using STAR method for complete customer satisfaction, quick learner, and reliable.

I worked for a restaurant called Fazoli's. I had an assistant manager position. My position entailed being able to handle money for drawers and make deposits, being a leader, handling calls, always displaying excellent customer service, providing good quality service and food to my guests, and making sure every guest exits entirely satisfied with their experience.

I am well-adjusted to fast-paced work environments and am able to be a dependable leader or form of guidance during higher volume service expectancies.

I have received my diploma back in 2020. Now I have furthered my education and decided to pursue a career in clinical psychology. I am currently a sophomore and am very eager to reach my goals when I can utilize my degree to be a help to others.
