In my current role of Food & Beverage Manager, I oversee Front of House Operations on a day to day basis. I am responsible for managing the team, increasing revenue, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all points. Our hotel won Best Food & Beverage Operation of 2024 in our entire hotel portfolio.
We have seen a regular growth of $250k a year in annual revenue since 2023. I started as a bartender in 2023, and have been a part of the hotels massive growth and success over the years. I also have 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager and 4 years of leadership in elevated bartender roles.
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism & Recreation Management from Arizona State University in 2024, graduating Summa cum Laude. I emphasized coursework in event management, as my passions lie in the tourism and event industries. I completed an internship at the Origin Hotel in Summer of 2024 as the last step of my higher education.
This opportunity helped me transfer my educational knowledge into real world experience, leading to a promotion to oversee the Food & Beverage Department.
