- L-1 Blankets including L-1A and L-1B for both consular and USCIS filings, I-129 paperwork, support letter, Request for Evidence and dependent L-2 filings
- TN Canada and Mexico for both consular, Port of Entry and USCIS filings, I-129 paperwork, support letter, Request for Evidence and dependent TD filings
- I-140 EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 filings, with emphasis on Multinational Manager experience
- Adjustment of Status based on approved I-140, including standalone EAD and AP renewals for pending Adjustment applicants
- F-1 STEM OPT EAD extensions
- processing for Interns, Research Scholars and Trainees including DS-2019 paperwork and DS-7002 Training Phase when applicable
- E-3 Australia for both consular, Port of Entry and USCIS filings, I-129 paperwork, support letter, Request for Evidence and dependent E-3D filings
