I've been working in bars and restaurants for 11 years. At some point or another I've worked almost every front of house position in every type of establishment. I genuinely enjoy creating a fun and joyful experience for my guests and I thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment.
I currently work at a Courtyard by Marriott that's on the slower side most of the time. Prior to this I worked at Dixie Tavern in Old town Chinatown. Dixie was really fast paced and very high volume but it just wasn't that perfect fit that I think we all strive for. Before that I was working in high volume military/sports bars in Colorado Springs for several years. I've also spent some time working in finer dining/upscale casual over the years.
I'm not currently in school with no immediate plans to start.
