I have been working since I was 18. I enrolled in 3 health science programs during high school, because I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field. I push myself not only to learn new things but to help push others on my team as well. I want to care for people and learn the best ways to do so. I'm a team player, when it comes to helping each other out at work. I became a nurse, because I believe in making a difference in people's health through connecting with them.

I lead our team and I am in charge of the drive thru, I can do every FOH position in the store, I answer the phone and help create a better experience for guests that have had problems, I train team members on new positions, taking care of catering orders and overseeing breaks getting done.

I received the opportunity to shadow different departments within this role at the hospital. I practiced venipuncture with the laboratory team. I assisted in grabbing EKG scans in ED triage. I helped the nurses with pre-op and post-op. There was plenty of time to practice skills and become comfortable with equipment.
