I got my first certificate in IT a couple years back. I am currently studying to get the A+ certification. I am looking to grow with a company and expand my IT support skills. The IT field is forever changing and I enjoy the challenges that come with problem solving. Looking forward to work with a company that enjoys their job as much as I do.
I have experience in Help desk work when I was an administrative assistant at Sylvan Learning. I had to take calls, set up appointments with customers, escalate issues that could not be solved from within the office. I also looked after all social media platforms making sure they were up to date.
My most relevant education I have was competing the google IT support certification. It went over all IT basic fundamentals, computer networking, OS systems, and IT security.
