I am a teacher certified grades Pre-K to 4

I have a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education

I have Masters Degree in Educational Psychology

Currently, I have my Teaching Certification in Early Childhood (K-4) and I am working toward my Special Education Teaching Certification. I have a teaching degree in both areas. I also have a MED for Educational Psychology.

I have worked in multiple classrooms from various grade levels. I have experienced at least each grade level, PreK-4, within my program at Edinboro University, and have experience with 5th grade through the Philadelphia Urban Seminar. I also have experience with grades K-4 at Chartiers Valley School District as a Substitute.

I have the most experience in 1st grade classrooms due to my field work and Kindergarten classrooms due to my current employment. I currently work in a Kindergarten Classroom, but previously taught in a Preschool Classroom, at the YMCA, and a 4th Grade Classroom, at Erie Rise Leadership Academy. Along with having experience in Early Childhood classrooms, I also have experience in Special Education classrooms.

I believe this also makes me a good candidate for this teaching position because I can work in inclusive and or co-taught classrooms and special education classrooms as well as general education classrooms.
