Recent mechanical engineering graduate from University of California Riverside. Currently working at the High Pressure High Temperature lab (HPHT) under the supervision of Dr. Abbaschian researching dissolution rates of carbon in molten nickel.
Interned at RITEC in Simi Valley during the summer of 2022. RITEC is an engineering firm that specializes in engineering ruggedized enclosures for computers, servers, and printers. My 3D printer knowledge and SolidWorks experience was used to design and manufacture an adapter piece for a half-page thermal print head. Advocated, and was approved, for the purchase of a 3D printer by showing the advantages of adopting 3D printing to improve the prototyping process.
Wrote a research essay in the fall of 2019 on habitation systems, involving microbial detection systems, and advanced space suits as part of an application for NCAS--The NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars. Was selected out of 900 applicants and awarded to participate with other community college students in a simulation event planning a mission to mars. Chose the position as project lead in this simulation and worked with my team of 5 (the gold team) to decide what our mission objective would be and why our mission should be funded.
