Reynaldo Ferreira

I am The Director of Conquest Volleyball Club for my 4th year. Have been the head coach of the 16u team for the last 6 years and currently took a step back as an assistant coach of the 15u team this season to focus more on my director duties. I have worked with many talented athletes from all ages and have had opportunities to coach middle school, high school and college programs.

Through my years as director and as a coach leading programs I've learned how to navigate through emotions of athletes and parents. As a director I have to be a pretty good problem solver and manage my time wisely to see this business grow and succeed. Its been no easy task but I have done just that and continue to do just that.

I see growth in my program each year this year being one of the biggest growing points in my career. I hope to bring my talents elsewhere and help improve, grow, and contribute all I know to a program who's vision aligns with mine.
