I'm highly adaptable, people-oriented, and used to handling responsibility in fast-moving environments.
I have 5+ years of experience in property management, operations, and customer service. I have managed large residential portfolios with over 2,000 units, coordinated vendors and maintenance teams, handled tenant relations, conducted property inspections, and supported leasing and operational logistics. I also have experience leading teams, improving workflow efficiency, and managing renovation and landscaping projects.
In addition, I worked in hospitality and front desk operations, providing customer service in high-volume environments. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have a background in Business Administration and Human Resources.
I studied Business Administration and Human Resources at EAFIT University in Colombia and completed an International Baccalaureate/Cambridge-based high school program with advanced English studies.
