My first roles in technology were within the development, implementation and support of payment and messaging systems. I moved on to managing the production environment for these and other corporate banking systems for a large global bank. I leveraged my experience with critical system operation to move into disaster recovery and business continuity and have worked for financial services, Fintech and SaaS providers.
I hold a BS Degree from Adelphi University. I have CBCP, PMP and ITIL F certifications.
