Serve as the principal Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity contact for multiple regional and global clients across various sectors and segments. Supporting critical business applications and functions, hosted across multiple platforms and global sites via:

• Coordinating with client's Technical Teams, Business Units[s] and third-part vendors to exercise DR plans, testing the execution and alternate site recovery in compliance with regulatory controls and framework[s]: SOX, FDA, ISO, GDPR, NIST and other.
• Customizing, orchestrating, conducting enterprise Business Impact Analysis, tailoring final report[s] for Business and organization Leadership. Identifying exposures and opportunities to improve recoverability and strengthen resiliency solutions.

• Proficiently maintaining and managing DR documents within DR repository[s]; ServiceNow BCM, Fusion, SharePoint BCM, & Assurance.
• Working with multi-discipline platform teams (Network, Storage, Backup, Wintel & UNIX) including external vendors, to manage successful alternate site and services recoverability; including IaaS, DRaaS and, Cloud Solutions - Azure, AWS, GCP
• Oversee, educate and support globally located DR Coordinators to achieve client deliverables and mitigate client escalation[s].
• Work with Business Sales & Transition teams in addressing DR & BCP agenda items, when targeting new business opportunities via RFI, RFP, RFQ.
• Interview, train, lead and support new personnel on-boarding into the Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity practice[s].
• Responsible for scheduling resources to facilitate DR test dates, identifying scope, reviewing critical system requirements, and validating comparable infrastructure.
