Starting as an hourly worker, I have over forty years experience in lean, fast-paced manufacturing environments with progressing levels of responsibility. I excel in operational improvement through the development of my teams to recognize and achieve common goals through the ability to identify, understand, and eliminate operational wastes and risks….whether it is on a shop floor or in an office environment.

My leadership style is supported by example, driven by a personal commitment and effort to achieve every objective, large and small, through the established and practiced disciplines of process standards.

A teacher at heart, I encourage and expect transparency in analysis and reporting, while educating the organization on the value of reliable information in problem solving and sustainability. As successes are realized, I attribute the accomplishments to the engagement of the organization(s) involved and impact their work has on the work product and/or the organization.
