I am currently the Director of Global Sales at Compass Water Solutions which, until recently, was owned by a private equity group. I have a long and extensive background in sales, sales management, construction management as well as operations and project management. I spent the last ten years of my career managing business around the world.
In that time, through the efforts of the entire staff, the increase of Compass Water Solutions’ company revenue and market share resulted in the sale of the business at a substantial profit.
The past fifteen years of traveling internationally for the benefit of a company I loved working for has been a great experience. I was able to strengthen my sales, operational and management skills with added benefit of gaining knowledge of foreign business relations. It has been a tremendous experience. I am now looking forward to the next chapter in my career.
