My recent job was working for a non-profit organization called the neighborhood Hub, as a workforce coach i was individualizing career action plans, job-readiness training, helping participants overcome employment barriers, covering resume writing, interview techniques, workplace communication, partnered with local employers and community organizations to identify jobs opening and securing competitive placements for candidates, as well as utilizing case management tools to track metrics, retention, and success rates
