For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in animals. Aside from enjoying how they interact with me, personally, I am also fascinated by how their behaviors vary in different environments and situations. Throughout my career, I have made a point to interact with many mammals and that has inspired in me a genuine sense of curiosity.
Biology, especially at an undergraduate level, made me realize the possibilities that this field can offer. I am eager to study different areas of animal behavior and biological principles more thoroughly. Just generally, the idea of being surrounded by like-minded people within a graduate setting is something that motivates me, and the thought of using my passion to improve the lives of animals in a research environment is what encourages me to continue in this field.
