With a successful background in production and project management within the fast-paced world of Film and Television, I'm currently seeking a new challenge that leverages my management skills. A recent relocation to Albany for family reasons has opened doors to new opportunities, and I'm eager to transition my talents to a different industry where I can continue to excel in a management role.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the Film and Television industry, I possess a well-rounded skillset in production, project, facilities, and human resources management. I have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth project execution. In my role as Production Manager for a television show, I oversaw all aspects of production for 11 years, managing a staff of 75, establishing production schedules, and resolving issues on the fly. My experience extends beyond the screen, as I have successfully implemented architectural plans, managed film set construction and disassembly, and coordinated office space layouts. As a Facilities Manager, I maintained the day-to-day operations of a facility, overseeing maintenance, security, and cleaning crews. My strong human resources background includes hiring, training, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Film and Television Production at The University of Miami in 1994.
