- Oversee operations of 2 Distribution Centers and approximately 500 associates
- Foster teamwork throughout the distribution center between sales, operations, HR, administration and manage a culturally diverse staff consisting of 7 managers.
- Full accountability of managing a $36.5 million OPEX budget "$21.5 million payroll". Distributed 10.5 million cases annually while managing 1,100 SKUs, ensuring appropriate product was sent to the 5,500+ customer locations within my service territory.
- Prepare forecasts based on sales projections to meet delivery schedules; and execute strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, on-time and accurate product delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase turns, reduce waste, and optimize customer service.
- Partner with Warehouse Manager to proactively maintenance warehouse layouts and slot/bin locations to ensure an efficient flow throughout the pick, replenish, and loading process.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps: recruiting, selecting and developing talent: supporting mentorship, succession planning and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
- Promote safe work environment; work with Corporate Safety Management to improve workplace and driver safety, GMPs, security and facility maintenance.

- Inspect performance of Merchandising Supervisors and large/small store merchandisers by visiting accounts to ensure performance meets CCR standards.
