My responsibilities as a barista included excellent customer service and preparing consistent quality beverages.

As a Keyholder I am required to arrive at 10 AM inorder to open the store at 12 PM and close at 8 PM. I cook the tapioca pearls and prepare the store for the day. I am responsible for training all new employees and managing any customer service or product issues.
To close the store: I clean the shop, balance the drawer, and tip out my coworkers. Finally, because of the long hours I take personal responsibility to make an effective and comfortable work environment, so that my coworkers look forward to coming into work.

As a Bartender I balance a fast paced work environment with having personable interactions with patrons. I take pride in creating consistent and delicious beverages such as: martinis, cocktails and mocktails. I also enjoy engaging with my patrons and making them feel comfortable and cared for.
I respond well to the rush of the restaurant and bar, I know how to make myself useful and I'm quick to help a coworker when they need it. Also, I'm comfortable with asking for someone's ID and assessing if a patron's had too much to drink. Finally, I tip myself out and close/clean the bar.
