• Largest home 10,500 sq. ft. Superintendent at Benning construction (2008-01 – 2012-12) Responsible for all aspects of commercial construction, both remodels and new construction. Layed off due to lack of work.
• Manage all on site personnel to include sub contractors and vendors • Met with owners, architects, inspectors • Responsible for punch list items and completions on time and within budget Superintendent at Rand construction (2012-01 – 2015-12) Responsible for commercial construction remodels and new construction. Obtained certification in medical (ASHE/HCC). Responsible for work on Grady hospital in Atlanta, GA. Largest job completion at this time of 6 story add on and new emergency room. Left this position for an increase in salary and title.
• Responsible for sub contractors, OSHA safety standards, vendors, material ordering and delivery all equipment on site • Met with owners, representatives, inspectors, banking personnel, etc.

Senior

Superintendent at Rycon construction (2015-01 – 2017-12) Responsible for commercial construction. Left this position to move to Nebraska.

• In addition to above, also help other new superintendents with training, and assisting them to be successful Superintendent at NGC construction (2019-01 – 2021-12) Responsible for commercial construction remodels and new construction. Responsible for restoration of 104 year old building 7 stories in downtown Omaha.
• Along with this all the above responsibilities General Superintendent at Montage builders (2021-01 – 2022-01Responsible for all field activities • Responsible for all superintendents • Responsible for commercial construction and historical remodels 2022-01 to 2026-06.
