I am responsible for the safety and leadership for 35 team members. I am responsible for adjusting schedules to meet customers needs. For my supervisory role I schedule team members vacations and time off, payroll, and work schedules. I am also responsible for assuring that customers receive quality material and in a timely manner.

I then became a trainer for employees who was picked to operate the overhead crane.

I hired in as a supervisor trainee and after 8 months of training, I was promoted to night shift supervisor. There were a total of 15 employees that I was responsible for.
