I am from China, and I have lived in Indiana, Virginia, and now Kentucky. Currently, I am working on getting my Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Louisville. I am kind of a nerd because I am always trying to learn something new. Whether it’s self-improvement or learning a new language, I have an innate drive for continuous self-improvement.
My previous customer service experience at a kitchen remodeling company included managing customer accounts, scheduling client appointments, and coordinating with on-site installers to ensure projects are completed to a satisfactory standard and on time. Right now, I am a full-time student and working part-time as a food service/cashier employee. I am currently looking for internships in the field of supply chain, procurement, or marketing to expand my professional experience.
