Hi, I’m Ronnie — a creative entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience running a successful comic book publishing company. My latest publication, honored with an international book award and translated into four languages, reflects my passion for storytelling and global reach. I’ve spent the past five years as a teaching artist at the El Paso Museum of Art School, sharing my skills with students aged 7 to 80.
My business has proudly earned the Arts & Entertainment Business of the Year award two out of the past three years, a testament to both impact, innovation and community building.
I’m a detail-driven creative professional with a strong track record in arts education, community engagement, and visual storytelling. As an entrepreneur, I’ve developed arts education programs in partnership with both city and county departments, including commissions from the El Paso Museum of Art and the Doña Ana Arts Council. My work spans exhibitions, instruction, and off-site teaching in schools and community venues.
Alongside my partner, I’ve mentored young talent—including helping a 14-year-old become a published author and youth entrepreneur. Most recently, we launched the inaugural kids-only comic book convention in collaboration with local businesses and the public library, empowering children to lead as creators and workshop hosts. I also specialize in graphic medicine, creating visual health education materials for organizations such as Texas Tech, UT College of Nursing, and the Alzheimer’s Association, bridging art and science to improve care and understanding.
