I am a Jamaican Chef seeking a a job in Line Cook or Chef specialtie. I have more than 20 years of experience working in hotels and restaurants in such field.
Recent experience Line Cook and Chef at Golden Crust, Raleigh NC. All other experience was gain at Hotel industries in Jamaica such as Grand Palladium Resort and Spa and RIU Hotel just to name a few.
I am self taught for my culinary skills.
I attended Cacoon Junior and Primary School, Jamaica.
