Hey guys!! my name is Ruby and I’m a assistant general manager at sonic. A few things I do at work. I do inventory once a week and also every 14 days finalize our payroll, If needed I fix times Since most of my night crew often forget to clock in. Also at the end of the night I count our end of day money and write a deposit slip and enter it into our infor system along with counting a mangers drawer and if We he end of night Monday is off a few do them I balance it.If it’s a big amount unfortunately, I have to investigate where is the money. I also write emails if we get a customer complaint normally we fix it right then and there.
It’s been a great 6 year experience at sonic but I’m looking for something different with a better opportunity for the futur.
i graduated in 2020 from high school an got accepted at a community college due to money issues I had to drop out.
