On Freeport Hurricane Flood Levee, conducted geotechnical site visits, observed drilling, and classified soil samples in the lab. Developed extensive spreadsheet computations to estimate erosion potential of flood protection levees. Evaluated flood risk analysis calculations by firm teaming with PSI. Calculated soil strength parameters for proposed horizontal directional drilling.

• Analyzed 16 levee cross-sections for seepage and slope stability, analyzed cone penetrometer tests (CPT) for 15 miles of levee, and assessed landside uplift potential due to seepage pressures.

• Performed extensive engineering analyses and calculations through industry programs such as MathCAD, Excel, and UTEXAS4 Slope Stability software. Applied fundamental technical principles to analysis and design of levees, breakwaters, shoreline revetments, marsh creation sites, and channel erosion protection. Designed borrow areas, relief well systems, and foundation stabilization through geotextile reinforcement and jet grouting technology. Have experience with water behavior modeling in HEC-RAS
• Developed 25+ drilling, field testing, and lab testing scopes of work (SOW). Coordinated with drilling/testing contractors.
