I’m a geographer and GIS professional with experience in public-sector geospatial work, spatial analysis, and land records research, recently having earned an M.S. in Geographic Information Systems at Johns Hopkins University after earning a B.A. in Urban Studies from Trinity University. My background includes hands-on GIS work at Bexar County Public Works, where I used ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise to create, analyze, and maintain spatial data related to county infrastructure, right-of-way, drainage, and historical land records. I’ve also supported GIS instruction as a peer tutor and contributed to housing-focused mapping projects in a nonprofit setting.
I’m especially interested in using GIS to support infrastructure, planning, land records, housing, and public decision-making. My technical experience includes ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS, ArcPy, spatial analysis, georeferencing, and data management, and I’m continuing to build skills in tools such as Experience Builder, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Census data analysis, and routing workflows.
I value clear communication, careful research, practical problem-solving, and high quality spatial data, and I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply GIS in a way that is both technically strong and useful to the people who rely on the work.
