I have been an internal advisor for Porsche Orlando for about 9 months now. I am the direct bridge between service and sales, which means communication is very important in my role. I am diligent about getting tasks done in a timely manner and informing everyone along the way. I deal with customer aswell, ensuring their experience is exceptional and they are well taken care of. I enjoy what I do but I would prefer to be in front of more people than I currently am.

I was a porter at Porsche Orlando as my starting position. I enjoyed being able to talk to customers on a personal level while taking them wherever they needed to go. This position required conversation skills, but it also helped me get used to the cars and how they drive. Further helping me understand what customers expect from a luxury car dealer.

Certified Brand Ambassador at Porsche

I am a certified Porsche brand ambassador and have been to multiple trainings for Porsche. I know this doesn't pertain to your exact brand but it does let you know how used to the luxury world am. I was able to take 911s and 718s on the track and really feel what the cars can do. Stepping into the customers world helps me know what they want to see and how I can provide it.
