TCA Test Center Administrator at PSI Services LLC (2019-03 – 2022-09)

Test Center Administrator, duties was to open the site and have all computers ready for CD to take exam, print out list of CD for 2 session a day, prep exam materials, check in CD and generate exam, verify ID's, take picture of CD, read speech and have them proceed to exam room. Observe CD while taking exam every 10 minutes walk trough. At the end CD will be provided with exam scores.

Some of CD will need to be finger printed for State Insurance as well processed payments for fingerprints. Reported daily to supervisor of any change or CD concerned or issues with exam.
