Provide comprehensive care across Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Heart Failure, Heart Transplant, and outpatient Cardiology
- Perform pre- and post-procedure clinical management including comprehensive assessments, medication reconciliation, laboratory review, diagnostic evaluation, and procedural readiness.
- Manage patients throughout the peri-procedural continuum, identifying and treating complications like bleeding, access-site, arrhythmias, chest pain, hypotension, and more
- Provide Structural Heart patient management, including evaluation of new inpatient structural consults, pre-procedure optimization, post-procedure inpatient management, daily rounding, discharge planning, and outpatient follow-up post-op
- Evaluate and manage outpatient cardiology patients, performing cardiovascular assessments, reviewing ECGs, labs, imaging, and more while developing individualized treatment plans
