- Creating a Serious Health condition list. To list students with serious health conditions who may need an EAP or individualized Emergency Action/ Precaution plan to determine the need for training about the medical conditions.
- Following immunization/examination requirements. Making sure every student entering or transferring has the required vaccines to enter the school. Students need a TB clearance, Physical Exam and a list of immunizations required by the State of Hawaii. Checking that the student has at least a TB clearance to attend school. If a student doesn't have a Physical Exam and or missing immunizations, the parent/legal guardian would have to give the school an appointment slip to not be excluded from scho
- Properly filing and organizing forms, documents and health records.
- Communicating with Administration when necessary about concerns, updates and status of students.
- Contacting parents/legal guardians when necessary about their child's well being and suggesting further health care.
