My name is Sahar! A UX designer focused on creating user-oriented design solutions. Throughout my career, I gained an immense amount of knowledge in understanding human nature in different ways. One of them is being able to understand a user's pain points and needs by offering an empathetic outlook. This has aided my experience in UX design as I am able to effectively communicate and analyze what aspects are needed in creating a flawless user experience.

Contract Client: Embrace- A B2B business focused on helping remote teams stay connected and high-performing

● Partner with a team of 5 to design for desktop and mobile platforms with a user-centered approach to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces

● Participate in design critiques and present design work to colleagues for constructive feedback, with the goal of continuously improving design quality and meeting project goals

● Conduct usability testing and incorporated user feedback to refine the design, resulting in an improved user experience and increased user satisfaction

● Utilize Information architecture, design theory, and business goals to develop the final design and oversaw the implementation of the new design

● Develop comprehensive style guides and design systems that ensure consistency and cohesiveness across multiple products, platforms, and channels, resulting in a streamlined and efficient design process

● Create visually appealing and effective UI elements such as CTA buttons, forms, and informational components through in-depth research and trend analysis, resulting in positive feedback from both the client and the design team

Contract Client: Jodhpuri Express-A B2B and D2C business providing on-demand delivery service in Jodhpur, India

● Partner with a group of 5 to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile platforms, using a user-centered design approach.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and a seamless end-to-end design process.

● Performed heuristic evaluations of the existing product to identify usability issues, pain points, and areas for improvement, and incorporated these findings into design solutions that resulted in a more intuitive product

● Apply UX principles such as information architecture, accessibility, and consistency with my UI designs to create a polished user-centered design that effectively addresses project requirements

● Create detailed mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality to stakeholders, developers, and team members, while constantly refining and iterating on the design to ensure a high-quality end product

● Contribute to agile stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities

● Collaborated closely with stakeholders and development teams throughout the development process to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications, and provided ongoing design support to any issues that arose

● Utilized my expertise in usability and UI processes to develop intuitive and user-friendly experiences, and conducted both pre- and post-development usability testing to verify user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

● Independently developed and maintained design systems with Figma, including creating design guidelines, establishing best practices, and ensuring consistency across products and platforms

● Led the management of user stories and user flows throughout multiple projects, ensuring that they were well-defined, organized, and effectively communicated to stakeholders and team members
