• Developed algorithms for certain sections (Beta-Blockers, Covid-19, and Cervical Cancer) of the project by using Python and fhirclient (Python client for FHIR servers) to process thousands of patient medical files and scan them for tests, symptoms, and diseases
• Suggested specific treatment options for patients based on regulated medical guidelines
• Used Jira/Confluence Software for project management and collaboration
• Utilized Git software to coordinate work among other programmers developing source code
