Most recently, I worked as a Web Designer for the City of Santa Clarita, where I enhanced digital platforms by improving UI/UX design, accessibility, and site performance. I utilized WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive web pages and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
Previously, I was a QA Engineer and later a Product Designer at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where I tested and optimized immersive digital experiences. As a QA Engineer, I conducted manual and automated testing, wrote test cases in Jira, and validated UI/UX consistency across multiple platforms. Transitioning into a Product Designer role, I worked with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to design and prototype user interfaces, focusing on interaction design and usability improvements.
I also worked as a Web Development Intern at TAP Series, where I contributed to front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. I implemented UI/UX enhancements, optimized site performance, and collaborated with developers on component-based design.
Additionally, I take on freelance web design projects, creating custom WordPress sites, e-commerce platforms, and interactive web applications. I leverage tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Elementor for UI/UX design, ensuring visually appealing and functional web solutions tailored to client needs.
I’m now seeking a full-time role where I can apply my expertise in web design, development, and product design to build responsive, user-centric digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, where I developed a strong foundation in web development, UI/UX design, and software engineering principles. My coursework included front-end and back-end development, human-computer interaction (HCI), and data structures & algorithms.
During my studies, I completed a research project on the Effects of Dark Mode on User Experience and Cognitive Load, where I designed a web application using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, conducted usability testing, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative user data.
Additionally, I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships and freelance work, applying my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to build and optimize digital experiences.
