Responsible for multiple Phases of The Saint Francis Patient Tower Addition.

Safe of all existing systems that were affected by the demolition. Removed the entire main entry to prepare for the new tower tie in. Upgrade the Central Utility Plant to provide the tower with chilled and hot water supply and return, installed new Sanitary and Storm Sewer and well as upgraded one of the existing chillers and boilers to supply the new tower. Dealt with the owner on a day to day to assure that JE Dunns work was not interfering with the patient care or the staff and visitors. Responsible for overseeing three Archwell Health projects in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mid-West City, Oklahoma and Las Vegas Nevada.

Superintendents from the pre-con phase through inception of the projects. Assisted them with the day-to-day activities with managing Trade Partners, as well as Safety Issues and planning and removing obstacles for them to ensure their success as young Superintendents.
