ABCA4-related retinopathy ClinGen Biocuration/Research:
Worked under ClinGen supervisor in studying and quantifying the pathogenicity of ABCA-4 variants contributing to inherited retinopathy disorders. Biocuration consists of pooling identified ABCA-4 variants, evaluating and annotating scientific papers, and classifying each variant's pathogenicity. This is done to assist clinicians in identifying inherited disorders amongst patients.
