I am in the installations and relocations team. I arrange for devices/printers to be delivered to customer site and arrange for the engineer to be at site if one is required. If not I will arrange for our remote team to do the install for the customer.
I arrange for the devices to be put through PDI and to be refurbed. I will email and call customer to confirm any site survey information. Speak to third party couriers and scheduling for Apogee vans to arrange delivery's dates and communicate those dates with the customer.
I will also arrange for relocations of printers to be done whilst also arranging any devices the customer requests for that they have in storage in our warehouse to be delivered to site. I arrange for devices that require to be swapped out if they are faulty and a new device to be installed with the customer and our team. I create invoices for the relocations once they have gone ahead.
I send out ETA's to the customers in the morning of their deliveries. Save and file the proof of deliveries to the folder once a job is complete. I also quote a customer for a relocations. I have trained new employees to also do the job.

I help book customers in for work to be carried out on there vehicle and when they want booking in for a service. I create job cards and make sure all the correct paperwork and t cards are together for when they are due to come in. I send out service reminders to customer.
I call customer before their appointment to make sure their details on the system are correct and to make sure they are still coming to the appointment. I ring customer a week after their appointment to ask how everything was with the customer service they received. When customers arrive to drop a vehicle off I do walk around if the vehicles for any damages.
I collect customers V5's and make sure they are in the system and add them into the Fiat website for their warranty. I scan and invoice away any invoices and job packs. I answer the phones and emails. I also create warranty claims for repairs.
I also still cover this roll when someone is off sick or help cover the reception desk.

Key in new and used vehicles making sure they get valet, they have the correct reg plates, I upload vehicles onto the website. I organise drivers for collecting or dropping off vehicles for customers or when we need new vehicles collecting from the docks. I greet customer in when they arrive to drop off their vehicle, I go through what jobs we have them booked in for.
I work along side the workshop to be able to keep the customer updated on their vehicle, even if they are in for the day or leaving it with us. I book customers in for work to be done. I invoice off when customer have collected their vehicle and while also taking the payments.
I also scan and file away done jobs onto the system and also the palate copies with their invoices. I also help cover when people are off sick or on holiday with these rolls
