- Train SDRs on strategy, value proposition, cold calling tactics and ICP.

- Help customers register for adventure activities. Sell activities to larger groups as well as educating people on what the adventures consist of.
- Managed all social media accounts, creating an instagram account from scratch. Implementing organic media strategy to grow following at low-no cost for the business.
- Created job posting and contacted/recruited potential new hires to set up interviews.
- Also guided several zipline tours and axe throw sessions, responsible for guest safety as well as insuring that each guest is having a good time and helping guests overcome their nervousness or fears of heights.

Was hired for a part-time role as a sales associate for the Anniversary Sale.
- Trained in multiple departments in a small time period. Departments were; Clothing, Footwear, Frontline (Cashier), and Action Sports.
- Assisted customers find their desired products and also in finding which product would be best for intended use.
- Implemented customer-centric sales strategy to create customer relationships and better help the customer with their wants and needs.
- Sold memberships to the REI CO OP, and helped customers understand the benefits of membership and the perks of being a lifelong customer.
- Checked in Bikes for shop service, as well as pre-sale checks to ensure bikes were ready to ride out the door.
Digital Marketing Manager/Rental-Tune Shop Asst Manager at Eco Lounge (2020-06 – 2021-02)
- Helped plan and execute a ski movie premiere combined with a raffle of gear where the proceeds went toward the local ski team.
- Used photoshop and indesign to create new media for the shop, large display posters, and new pricing posters. These banners are displayed outside the store everyday.
- Created spreadsheets of full rental inventories for which I created barcodes, as well as valued items for tax reporting.

Wildland Firefighter (Forestry Aide/Technician) at U.S. Forest Service (2018-05 – 2019-09)
During my time in the FS I was part of a Type-6 engine crew in the Panhandle National Forest, I also tied in with several 10-man mods and hand crews for IA.
- Worked with highly diverse group of people.
- Operated an engine used to pump and distribute water necessary in the suppression and extinguishing of wildland fires.
- Assisted with fire dispatch through operation of radios, telephones, and other necessary equipment to exchange information for fire weather and other forest suppression activities.
- Drove the fire engine to wildland fire locations and positioned it accordingly.
- Served on crew performing duties in fire prevention and suppression.
- Performed prescribed burning crew duties in order to reduce fuel hazards and disease, while protecting wildlife.
- Laid / directed hose in the use of water. Moved dirt, chopped brush, and fell small trees to build fireline using various hand tools such as axes, shovels, Pulaskis, and McLeods to control spreading wildland fire and/or to prepare lines prior to controlled burning.
- Chopped, carried, and piled logging slash.
- Searched out and extinguished burning materials by moving dirt, applying water by hose or backpack pump.
- Patrolled fireline to locate and extinguish sparks, flare-ups, and hot spots that may threaten loss of control of the fire.
- Cleaned, reconditioned, and stored simple fire tools and equipment.
