My name is Samuel Corbin and I just recently graduated college at Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I am hard working and detail oriented and have spent the last 6 years preparing for a career in the Criminal Justice field. Throughout my time in college, I balanced my classes with working at places such as Lowe’s and Walmart where I spent time interacting with customers and coworkers.
Most recently, I worked at Walmart in Jacksonville, AL from October 2024-May 2025, and August 2025- April 2026. I worked as a front end associate working registers and self checkouts, and as an electronics associate checking out customers, helping with any questions they may have had, working freight/stocking merchandise, and keeping the area clean. I also worked in the photo lab helping customers with photo orders.
The past four summers (2022-2025), I worked at Integer in Trenton, Georgia as an assembly tech. I worked on an assembly line with other people building small, detailed medical products that doctors use in surgery.
I graduated from Ider High School in May 2022, then went to college at Jacksonville State University that August. I recently graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Criminology. I also went through a criminal justice course my senior year of high school at Dekalb County Technology Center where I became certified in first aid, CPR, and Dispatching. These certifications have since expired, and I need to be recertified.
