• Created an AI real estate agent to reply to messages from the user's Facebook page and note potential leads.
• Controlled inference costs at scale through Redis-cached sliding-window AI context and cost-based LLM routing.
• Designed backend services to consolidate leads from Facebook, Apartments.com, Craigslist, Redfin, MLS, and YGL into a unified inbox with calendar integration.

• Debugged and restored an inherited Pinterest-style application by tracing failures across an unfamiliar full-stack codebase.
