Experienced psychologist, clinical director, public speaker, and supervisor seeking teaching opportunities.

As a doctoral-level psychologist, I have a deep understanding of the theoretical and practical components of the field. My clinical experience has focused on providing evidence-based treatments to individuals with complex mental health concerns, with a specific focus on OCD and anxiety disorders. I have also served as a clinical supervisor for trainees at various stages of their education, providing guidance and support in developing clinical skills and therapeutic relationships.

In addition to my clinical work, I have been actively engaged in psychoeducative projects for many years. I present at conferences, in person and online, appear on podcasts and talk shows, and keep an active blog where I write articles about psychology. I have a history of teaching as well, having had run several group sessions and worked in Japan as an English teacher.

As an educator, I am committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging learning environment, and to supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals.

I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology from Long Island University CW Post.
