Hello everyone,

My name is Sandy Estaphanous, an individual deeply enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the healthcare industry. Ever since I was young, my aspiration has been to make a significant impact by saving lives. I possess exceptional communication skills and exhibit a strong work ethic, characterized by a dedicated focus on goals and attention to detail.

I currently work as a Subway Sandwich Artist, where I excel in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. As part of my role, I consistently demonstrate strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset. I embrace challenges and consistently strive to exceed expectations by investing significant effort into delivering excellent results.

In addition to my work at Subway, I have valuable experience as an ASL (American Sign Language) tutor at Palomar College. In this position, I effectively assisted students in their language learning journey, adapting to their individual needs and providing guidance and support. As a foreign language tutor, my responsibilities included creating engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Furthermore, I have previous experience working in both fast food restaurants and grocery stores. Although these roles are not directly related to the healthcare field, they have allowed me to develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

While I may not have prior experience in healthcare, my ultimate goal is to become a successful nurse. I am actively seeking an opportunity to expand my skill set and gain valuable experience and knowledge in the healthcare industry. I am eager to secure a job that will serve as a stepping stone towards my desired career path, where I can further enhance my abilities and contribute to the field of healthcare.

I have recently completed two associate degrees at Palomar College and I am currently preparing to transfer to California State University San Bernardino in the fall of 2023 as a "pre-nursing student." My intention is to apply to nursing programs and ultimately pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
