Bulk Fuel Installation Supervisor ( BFI And Retail)
Position Dimensions – Primary Role:
- Assist in Management and control of the multigrade fuel loading/unloading on site.
- Submission of issue/receipt information to senior management.
- Assist in fuel forecasting based on customer information.
- Control of BFI stock.
- Control of aviation/ground vehicle loading.
- Bulk fuel in loading/ unloading.
- Able to conduct OCC / site checks.
- Identify HSE issues and report back to Site Manager.
- In gating of Tankers.
- Oversee BFI Operations, under direction of Site Management.
- Be to relay information back to Site Management in a timely manner.
- Able to operate effective and efficiently.
- Maintain Site Husbandry.
BFI Security, i.e., ensuring no unauthorized entry to site.
- Any other task as directed by Site Management.
- Report to and receive assignments, instructions and directions from the Aviation Fuels manager.
Secondary Position Objectives- Supervise and control of the Retail Station.
Routine Specific Objectives:
Responsible for the successful establishment, improvement and maintenance of the following key areas to deliver optimum performance outcomes:
- Assist in the development and implement Policies, Procedures and SOP’s.
- Assist in the monthly inventory reporting to Site Management.
- Compile Weekly Report and Statistics.
- Daily issues/receipts and Daily Stock Reconciliation.
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation and Reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Records providing documented proof of Product security, traceability and quality control checks.
- Carry out BFI duties as directed by Management.
- Ensure all refueling equipment is maintained and repaired to Company standards.
- Ensure that QHSE standards are maintained.
- Reporting all information to Management correctly and in a timely manner.
- Inspect the filters to ensure they function at an optimal level.
- Inspect Injector, Check for Leaks, Proper Operation, FSII.
- Driving Forklift when it requires as per operation.

To ensure that all regulations relating to the safety of equipment and personnel are adhered to company HSE plan, Fire Evacuation Plan, Spill Plan and Quality Policy.
