For approximately 10 years, I volunteered as a first responder (BLSD). During the COVID-19 pandemic, I led a fundraising campaign that raised over €35,000, enabling the recruitment of additional staff and the strengthening of crews during peak phases. In response to the socioeconomic impact of lockdown measures, I designed and coordinated a community support programme for families who had lost their income, managing 40 volunteers in the weekly distribution of essential goods to 300 families over a three-month period.
