I have been doing phlebotomy for over 20years I've been at my current job for 11 but their pay doesn't match what I bring to the company. I lead by example I possess integrity and camaraderie and im fast and efficient. Also punctual because showing up means a lot. Finally I am arguably top 5 cannulaters in greater grand rapids. I have skill.
I lead my team to make our dialysis turn over the best it can be. I schedule and assess new fistulas and grafts placed in the patients.
Every year my job has us continue our education on classes about dialysis in general thru our village. But I went to NIC for nursing however couldn't finish. Also GRCC Walker medical
